Happy New Year!

One of the beautiful things about ballet class is that every class is a new beginning. Maybe you had a bad class the last time you were in the studio or maybe you had what felt like the best class ever. No matter what happened in your last class, the one you are currently in should now be your main focus. Of course, it’s important to remember what did or didn’t work last time, this will help you to continue your path of improvement. But most importantly, be present in order to set new goals for each class, and to enjoy every moment.

As you move into a new year you can take this idea from the studio into your daily lives. No matter what happened the day before, each day is a new beginning. Set a new goal, dream a new dream.

“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.” — C.S. Lewis

Keep dreaming and keep dancing!
