Ballet 1 follows a syllabus outlined by Conservatory Director Nathan Bland. It’s designed to train each student properly in classical ballet, keeping in mind their natural skeletal structure. By properly training the young dancers muscles we are able to elevate to the next level of ballet training at a healthy, structured pace.
